You can use your order number to track orders. To search your Amazon order history, open Amazon on the web (or your Amazon App) and click Your Orders. Just above your list of previous orders, you’ll see a search box. Enter your search terms or your order number in this box and click Search Orders. Let me know if this helps!
February 8, 2023 at 2:54 AM. go to the Amazon website. log in. click on the Returns & Orders menu. type the order number into the search box. but if you're trying to use the numbers on your bank statement, the Order numbers on my bank account/credit card statements don't seem to match in any way any number used on the Amazon website.

In addition to checking your order history in your Amazon account, you should reach out to your credit card company to advise them that you believe the charge is erroneous/fraudulent. They will immediately freeze your account to prevent further fraudulent charges, and most credit card companies will also issue a new card with a different number.
