I went to pick up my 2nd prescription of Zepbound 5mg and the pharmacy is unable to process the savings card due to the system being down. Stated it has been down since February 21, 2024. I called Zepbound and they stated they are doing an update and no time frame is available when it might be back up.
Called both Walgreens and CVS and they are still down. Walgreens told me you could apply the Good RX coupon, but manufacture coupons are still not working.
I finally broke down and paid full price today at CVS $1249.99 after being four days late on my dose and I was eating again nonstop 😫. I’m trusting I’ll get refunded as they said when system is back up and they can process coupon.
