I've been using Wave for about 7 or 8 months. I've been selling since Jan, and it was the only real thing I've used. I like it quite a bit. Their integration with Etsy is basically broken, so you don't need to worry about integration. I'm actually surprised that they even show up on the integrations list, since they basically don't.
