Feb 2, 2012. Texas board of nursing is slow, compared to other states, they always give a lame excuse that their resources are limited, there are lot of people out there without jobs, raise the license fees and give somebody a job be productive and let us also be productive.

If you go to the site at www.bne.state.tx.us and click on the link for forms it will have the application for endorsement and a link for the fingerprint packet. Texas BNE does process fingerprints for Texas department of public safety and the FBI, so be prepared.
