The Asus Hyper M.2 x16 Card lets the X79-Deluxe power up but the NVME page in the BIOS always looks the same and I don’t see anything new in Windows Device Manager. Really weird problem updating my bios. When I try use the Asus EZ Flash built into UEFI it repeatedly tells me that the bios file failed an integrity check. This is despite downloading the file (P8P67-PRO-ASUS-3602.ROM) multiple times from different locations, and using different USB sticks...

Asus's website has the file "BIOS updater for New 4th Gen Intel Core Processors" available. It suggests that I use this method, but can I just update the bios using their EZ flash2 method with a USB stick since it seems simpler? Also, do I need the ACPI driver?
