Insider Mini. I just uninstalled and then reinstalled Razer Synapse 2.0 to try and see if it would help my Naga Epic Chroma from freezing. Unfortunately when I did that none of the profiles synced after the reinstall. When I first load up Synapse 2.0 after logging in it notifies me that I have profiles available online but none of them sync.

The Synapse 2.0 icon is in the tray in the bottom right of windows 10, i can click open razer Synapse 2.0 or Close Razer Synapse 2.0 but clicking on the open option results in nothing happening. Did a windows update break synapse or did razer break it with an update? (i have an older Asus G750JW Laptop running the 64 version of windows 10)
The Razer Synapse 2.0 is compatible up until Mac OS version 10.14. As of now, Synapse 3.0 will work on Windows operating systems.
