Razer software SUCKS. Rant. The hardware has been fine. The software on the other hand (Synapse, Razer Central) is the worst! They all work fine I think 90% of the time people have potatoes for pcs and blame it on the software. Never had issues when I ran my mini with the software. Unfortunately, I own a Razer Blade, so I pretty much have to use the software on this laptop. The fortunate thing is that Synapse 3.0 is actually pretty decent.
Razer Synapse is absolutely terrible, hands down one of the worst RGB accessory software. The only thing it excels at is constantly locking up and freezing over minor commands. I've had times where Synapse locked up my entire Windows UI and I had to restart my computer (this still happens randomly).
