I was looking to upgrade to premium family, and use the audiobooks feature to justify stopping our audible subscription. Even after adding the member to family plan, their account is still visible as a free account. Premium features are not activated. We even removed the account and re-added them to the family plan, but it is still not updated. Kindly guide on how to proceed.
As stated in the Spotify Premium Family Terms and Conditions all users of the Family plan need to reside at the same physical address. During registration all users need to be on the same address as the owner of the premium plan. After that they need to visit the same physical location periodically in order for the plan to stay active.
