    Yes, we use ShowingTime and have used it for maybe a dozen years or more. It freed up staff in the office, and makes it so much easier on listing agents to keep track of showings, and makes it truly easy on me as a buyer's agent.. as I can make appointments at all hours of the day.

    Real Estate in Kenosha, WI since 1994 262-308-3563. We used to use the Supra lockboxes and now went back to using regular lockboxes. Winters here are just too cold and it does not fair well for the Supras. We have a number of agents still using it, and I don't believe they have a restriction on vacant properties.
