Bench is a place to hold all your players. You can usually only play 10 players max a day. Some days where there's lots of games, you may have to select who to place on the bench. Short answer: no. Long answer: nnnooooooooo. Tools are only as good as the data they use. If you're happy with the rankings and projections they have on their website then you can always give their free trial a go. Just remember to cancel it in time if you don't end up liking it. Interested in this as well.
Those matchup indicators are pretty horrible overall. Green means it's a top-10 matchup in points against that position using your scoring, red is a bottom-10 matchup in points against that position using your scoring. No coloring is everyone inbetween. Stars are a matchup rating but I don't know how the matchup rating is done.
