Excel has a "Data" tab, where you can import from Web. Enter the url of the stats you which, ex: if you want the player stats, enter the url from the player stats page. It will import all the numbers for you and likely some random text found on the page. BUt all the numbers will be there for you. 2.

From the "free content" they show it's completely useless. For example it's telling me to start Jaylen Waddle over Kadarius Toney simply because Yahoo has Waddle projected for more points. Short answer: no. Long answer: nnnooooooooo. Tools are only as good as the data they use. If you're happy with the rankings and projections they have on their website then you can always give their free trial a go. Just remember to cancel it in time if you don't end up liking it.
