walgreens automated system has been glitching hard lately. most times you can’t see your scripted bc it is in “stored” status so it’s not active. sometimes it will show up sometimes it won’t. best course of action is calling and speaking to a live person. i know phone hold times are frustrating but you can’t really trust the automated messages that are being sent out 🤷🏻♀️
