If you think of the way QVC operates, you'll conclude that what you ask is impossible. International shipping is complicated with many possibilities for delays. They may contract for items to arrive on set dates but this doesn't always happen. If it does arrive, it may have to go to brief backorder.

Now, if you google items on QVC, you can usually find the item at a less expensive price (sometimes on the vendor's website), no shipping to receive or return and no extra fee to return. My last order, though, was placed on 7/30. QVC shows 8/6 which is incorrect. Received the email saying it was on the way, but Tracking shows it not coming til the 14th!! At one time, it was to be delivered on the 11th. It's all mixed up. QVC Social Team said if it doesn't arrive by the 15th I need to let them know. Two weeks for a dumb makeup ...
