40-60fps (game speed tied to framerate, so not great here) with some transparency sorting issues. (intro cutscene has lens flares and a monitor in front of all other geometry, Snake's hand and cigar have transparency and sorting issues too) I was able to finish Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater. I loved every bit of it.

As for Issue #1 and the version comparative, version 0.0.16-12375 did have only 2.97GB installed and no sound effects, but versions 0.0.14 and 0.0.06 only had 3.90GB installed instead of the correct 8.37GB.
