Just use Roblox Account Manager. It does everything that Multiple RBX does but way better. Roblox Account Manager does require you to enter the account credentials of your alts so id recommend just using it with throwaways if you don't trust it.
When you have that issue and roblox accidently installs outside of multi ronblox, just run roblox account manager as administrator, it will remove the old one and use its version. There is absolutely NO need to download and reinstall it. Some of the replys in here are questionable... come on people.. lol. 3.
