Just finished a app for making territorial timelines. You can easily color in/erase regions as well as apply labels for custom time points along a timeline. There are also some pre-made scenarios to start off from and numerous background maps to choose from.
For those that haven't seen the previous post on the app: Making History Sandbox is a webapp intended for making territorial timelines easier, allowing for simple color and labelling of regions and creating a timeline of them. As the gif shows, the app can now accept customized regions.
