The iPhone 12 Pro is my first phone capable of wireless charging, and it was one of the features I was most excited about. I opted to not go for a MagSafe charger just yet because I just want to be able to just drop the phone on and off the charger without having to physically detach it. There definitely an issue. 12 pro max gets so hot with qi 3.0 car adapter attached to car mount charger that it disables the camera flash/flashlight. I have to take it off the mount and let it cool down. I switched to 5v adapter, which won’t charge the phone to full, but will reduce the battery drain with screen always on.

iPhone 12 Pro user. Since the update, when using my charge pad, my phone stops charging after several minute. When I place it on the charger, it behaves aes normally, charge indicators on the phone and pad light up, I get the little vibe to tell me it’s charging. I check 20 minutes later and it’s stopped. Charging via cable works fine though.
