I’ve looked all over. I’ve read countless copies of each to try and figure out why someone would need to submit a DD93 INSTEAD of a page 2. Anyone who is more knowledgeable than me who can lay out the complete differences is welcome to. I’ve been struggling with this.
A forum to discuss Navy Recruiters, processing at MEPS, Delayed Entry Program, Enlisted Ratings, "A" Schools, Officer Candidate School, Recruit Training Command, and transferring to your first command.
This is primarily a US Navy-centric subreddit, but all are welcome. REMEMBER OPSEC. Do not post your command or name! Post all questions and discussion about recruiters, MEPS, the Delayed Entry Program, Enlisted Ratings, "A" Schools, Officer Candidate School, Boot Camp, and transferring to your first command in our sister subreddit, r/newtothenavy.
Is it normal for a page 2 to take over a month to update. I tried to do update it again last night and added her birth certificate as well hoping that would make it work. Once again, the DD form 93 updated but not my page 2.
For information regarding Navy enlisted ratings, see Twisky's Rating Information Guide. Interested in Officer programs? See TheBeneGesseritWitch's guide on Paths to become an Officer. Want to learn about deploying, finances, mental health, cross-rating, and more? Come visit our wiki over in r/Navy.
The page 2 doesn't load in Adobe Acrobat, so I had to download a free trial of some other PDF reader (Foxit business in this case), which finally let me sign the damn thing, but both forms threw an exception and wouldn't upload when I tried to actually get them onto NSIPS. I'm just going to print them out and give them to N1, fuck it

Any advice for getting my wife added onto the page 2 before going to admin? My admin department is notorious for saying "come back later" to any issue that isnt a hitlist. Im fucking pissed that the navy cant just have one fucking website that works properly. Ill have a mcdouble with fries and a shake. Edit: the way has been found.
