In 1862 this was the Fletcher House hotel where the Andrews Raiders stayed the night before commandeering The General. The 141-room main building dates to 1926, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for Hamilton County. [2] [3] The 100-room rear wing was added in 1962, originally as a motel.
