You'll need to login with your @health.mil email. This will not work on personal computers unless you're logged into the WRNMMC network via VPN or AVHE.

Access to DOD Webmail OWA. I have new device and I cannot access https://web.mail.mil. I can access other sites requiring smart card log on; but the web.mail.mil will not work. I have tried the standard option of changing the internet options and TSL settings. I have tied in IE, EDGE and Firefox.

Report abuse. Go to Internet Options, click on Advanced tab and scroll down to Security. Verify the following are checked: Use TLS 1.0. Use TLS 1.1. Use TLS 1.2. Uncheck: Use SSL 3.0 ! If they are not then check them and click apply. Close the browser and open a new, then try to open the site.

All users can access Outlook 365 OWA via a hotspot or any other internet connection . All other 365 services are accessible via web and desktop applications. I have been able to log in to 365 using an external company 365 login. MFA is enabled for all users. Conditional access is configured to request MFA outside of the office
