A month ago my laptop needed to be fixed and all the data was wiped, including skype. When I came to re-install it, it asked me for my microsoft login which I have never had and was definitely not connected to my old account. To cut a long story short, I can no longer access my old account because of this switch over to mircrosoft!

I have been using my skype account for at least 3 years and account is linked to my number and office number both. I have got a new laptop and skype has been signed out in the old Laptop. I tried logging in New laptop with Skype ID or Phone number but Skype says No account found. If i try to login in the old laptop its says the same.
